The Residence started as a standard package loft with exposed concrete and maple cabinetry.

The space now reads like a gallery yet provides the comfort and functionality of a residence. Timelessly modern finishes and architectural gestures with high attention to detail have been carried throughout the condos design in the form of built ins, firebox, fixtures, tile and custom furnishings.

This remains one of our most beloved projects for a multitude of reasons.
